Let’s test the Dissolution capability of Thickeners and Starches

The dissolution of starches and thickeners in water using our TMV Powder Liquid Mixer allows the production of a homogeneous product without lumps. These ingredients are also used in the creation of soap bubbles, which serve both as a hobby for children and professional artistic performances for a variety of audiences.

Soap bubbles consist of a thin layer of water, soap and various thickeners (depending on the recipe) that form an iridescent sphere on the surface.

The issue of Lumps in Mixing

We had the opportunity to engage with this field and test our powder mixers upon request from a major company in this sector.

Using a traditional mixing tank did not ensure the dissolution of starches and additives, leading to lumps in the final mixture.

As a result, we designed and built a customized powder mixer that allows the final client to work without encountering the issue.

Our customized solution for dissolving thickeners and starches

The appropriate powder mixer for starches and additives, considering the type of ingredients, quantity and final viscosity is the TMV75. This system is capable of handling large quantities of highly viscous powder.

The client requested several options to ensure an optimal process:

  • Electro-pneumatic butterfly valve with clamp fitting for powder suction regulation
  • Clamp connections for liquid input and output
  • Powder containment injector with a clamp fitting and 3 connections at different heights for electronic level sensors

Finding the right solution for each type of client is one of our strengths. We study carefully the issues and the characteristics of the ingredients required to achieve the final product.

Even when dealing with sectors outside the food industry, we are able to satisfy companies by relying on our experience and our team which stands out for its know-how and initiative.
