- Ability to mix powders and highly viscous ingredients, thanks to a fast internal agitator equipped with a cowless impeller reaching 1450 rpm
- Fast steam heating system connected to a scraping agitator with PTFE paddles
- Special recirculation and transferring pump, specifically designed to preserve the integrity of delicate ingredients like sesame seed and chili flakes, avoiding damage or alterations during the transfer process
- UL certifications for the American market and FDA certification for food contact parts to comply with international food safety regulations
- Log data events and remote control to monitor the process in real time ensuring a high level of traceability
- Inverter on all motors
