Tailored-made Jacketed Kettle for viscous foods

For one of our international partners specialized in the production of highly viscous foods, such as soy, we have designed and built a custom jacketed kettle with a capacity of 550 litres after a thorough analysis.

The system has been designed using advanced technologies to ensure optimal performance and maximum efficiency adapting perfectly to customer requests and the processing requirements of complex products.

This innovative machinery represents a highly efficient and versatile solution designed to meet the needs of food production at every stage of the manufacturing process. Following the strengths:

  • Ability to mix powders and highly viscous ingredients, thanks to a fast internal agitator equipped with a cowless impeller reaching 1450 rpm
  • Fast steam heating system connected to a scraping agitator with PTFE paddles
  • Special recirculation and transferring pump, specifically designed to preserve the integrity of delicate ingredients like sesame seed and chili flakes, avoiding damage or alterations during the transfer process
  • UL certifications for the American market and FDA certification for food contact parts to comply with international food safety regulations
  • Log data events and remote control to monitor the process in real time ensuring a high level of traceability
  • Inverter on all motors
